Fay started working at Banfield in 2018. She retired from the federal government after 30 years of service and decided to pursue a career in the field she has been passionate about since childhood, veterinary science. She graduated from Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, in 2017, receiving an associate degree in animal sciences, veterinary technology. Although she loves all animals, Fay falls in love with every single kitten/cat she meets. She currently resides with four cats: Slash, Smoke, Friendly Bob, and Sneaky Pete.
