Jessica Fire, RVT

Jess is a Veterinary Technician that has worked at the Shawnee Banfield Hospital for approximately 8 years. She grew up in Lawrence, KS, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Evolutionary Biology and Ecology, as well as an Associate's degree in Veterinary Technology. She has a 13-year-old Shepherd/Collie Mix, a 9-year-old black cat, a 20-year-old Cockatiel, a large Goldfish, and a new 5 months old black Guinea Pig. Jess enjoys the daily challenges of working with pets and being able to help heal when they are not at their best. When she is not at work, she is typically spending time with her husband and two daughters in her free time as well as outdoor activities, binge watching series, and attending concerts!
