Dr. Lauren Shamon, DVM, cVMA
Veterinarian
After moving around as a kid, Dr. Shamon landed in Georgia at the University of Georgia, where she was part of the 2014 NCEA National Champion Equestrian team. She then moved to the island of St. Kitts and Nevis to pursue her veterinary education at Ross University. After completing her clinical year at Auburn University, Dr. Shamon moved back to Georgia to practice as an equine veterinarian. After two years practicing in Georgia, Dr. Shamon, along with her horse, Caribbean, and her dog and cat, made the move to Colorado and joined the Banfield team in Longmont. An avid equestrian, Dr. Shamon enjoys riding and showing her horse, along with snowboarding in wonderful Colorado! She is also a passionate Georgia Bulldogs fan, GO DAWGS! She has a passion for preventive health care and client education.
