Banfield® shares data on the positive impact of pets in the workplace

At Banfield, we know first-hand the important role pets play in our lives, and especially at our workplace. However, there wasn’t any hard data to support the positive impact we had seen, so we created the first ever “Pet-Friendly Workplace PAWrometer.” 

The survey was developed to explore the large-scale prevalence, impact and perceptions of pets in the workplace as it relates to employees and company culture. Until this research, there have been no comprehensive studies on the perceptions of employees and HR decision makers at both pet-friendly and non-pet-friendly workplaces on the topic of pets in the office.
