Alexa joined the Banfield team in 2023. She enjoys working for Banfield as a Client Service Coordinator and has interests in responding to phone calls / emails, maintain flow of client communication, and maximizing hospital productivity through client communication. Alexa has 1 cat named Spice. Alexa passionately believes in Banfield’s mission — creating a better world for pets — by advocating for pets by educating clients on hospital services and OWP benefits.
