My focus as a Chief of Staff Veterinarian for Banfield Pet Hospital, is to manage our hospital and ensure the highest quality of veterinary care, exceptional client service, associate engagement and maximum productivity of our veterinary medical team. I foster a hospital culture where the team advocates for pets and their quality of life; building a long term bonding relationship with clients; contributing to the development and maintenance of the human-pet bond; and educating pet parents about life long wellbeing and preventive care for their beloved animals. Through partnership with the Practice Manager Amanda Wells, we operate an effective and productive veterinary medical team, ensure a safe and engaging hospital environment, and manage the medical quality and business performance of the hospital.
