Caroline Moon, DVM

Dr. Caroline Moon grew up in Chesterfield, Virginia, where her love of animals began early in life. Dr. Moon attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University where she received her bachelor’s degree in biological sciences. After college, she attended Virginia Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine in Blacksburg, Virginia, where she graduated with honors. Throughout her four years in veterinary school, Dr. Moon had a passion for companion animals, as well as diagnostics and research. Dr. Moon has conducted and published research from her time at Cornell University and the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Dr. Moon’s passions have led her to want to provide and ensure quality care for companion animals using evidence-based medicine. In addition to veterinary medicine, her interests include eating, traveling, photography, blogging, and learning new languages. However, she aims to try and learn anything new whenever she can!
