Colleen Roy

Colleen joined the Banfield team in May of 2012. She started out as a client service coordinator, while she was still attending Medaille College for Veterinary Technology. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in December of 2012, Colleen was able to make the transition from working as a CSC to working as a licensed technician. Colleen is now the Associate Engagement Captain and also a Shift Lead. She works hard at keeping her team happy and making sure that we have an awesome work environment. She lives at home with her husband, 3 children, 2 cats, and 2 dogs. When not at work, Colleen enjoys family time, hiking and camping, sewing, and crafting.
