I was born in Las Vegas, NV, and moved around a bit with my military family before landing here in Colorado Springs 28 years ago. I attended Pima Medical Institute in 2009 to become a Vet Assistant. In being a Vet Assistant with over 10 years experience, I was motivated to show my latent abilities to widen my contribution in the vet field. My ambition led me to be trained as a Veterinary Technician at past clinics. Every day, the wonderful staff here at Banfield Pet Hospital helps me acquire the knowledge to grow, and to be proficient while tending for every patient. Shortly after PMI I found my life long partner, followed by having two adventurous children. We love to go to the mountains and Zen out in cabins all over Colorado. In between work and play during my “down time,” I enjoy making amulet necklaces, gardening, and pulling out the expressionism paint brush here and there. My small family is greeted and accompanied by two dogs (Bella and Quinn), three cats (Toes, Pixie, and Trixie), and a lot of salt water swimmers. I can’t wait to meet (and advocate for) your small or big, furry or even not so furry, family members!
