Dana Koerner, DVM

Meet Dr. Koerner! (who we call Dr. K) Dr. K completed her undergraduate degree at University of Colorado Boulder (Go Buffs!) and her Veterinary Degree at St. George’s University in Grenada. During her time on the island, she also completed a Master's degree in Public Health. Areas of interest include internal medicine, cardiology, nutrition, and integrative medicine. She received her veterinary acupuncture certification from the Chi Institute shortly after graduation and loves using acupuncture for chronic conditions such as osteoarthritis. When not at the clinic, Dr. K loves spending time with her family including her 2 rescued island mutts, Paco and Lou, and her parakeets Robert and Saul. Interests include eating around Fort Lauderdale, traveling, and spending as much time on the water as possible.
