David is always putting our clients – and their pets – first. As our first Chief Client Officer, he blends more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, retail, and consumer brand marketing with his own experience as a Banfield client to support our hospital teams and ensure that Banfield clients are cared for at every step, from their first visit to our website to their next appointment in our hospitals. With empathic leadership and data-driven insights, David and his team are focused on how we meet the needs of our diverse client-base and unlock access to preventive veterinary care for more pets, while prioritizing our personal relationships and quality service. He is committed to our purpose, A Better World for Pets, and connecting with his community through literacy efforts.
What is your favorite part about making A Better World for Pets?
Making it easy and rewarding for our clients to give their pets the best preventive care through our Optimum Wellness Plans and ensure years of tail wags and purrs.
