Erica Robinson

Client Service Coordinator

Erica is a client service coordinator at the Hoover location. Erica began working for Banfield in the summer of 2015 in Lake Mary, Florida, but later moved to Alabama to be closer to her fiancé, Steven. During her time with Banfield, she has worked in many locations in both Florida and Alabama. She previously worked in veterinary emergency medicine, as well as private practice. Erica has two children and one rescued pup. She believes preventive care is very important in keeping pets healthy and for this reason, believes all pets should have Optimum Wellness Plans.
