Erika

Erika has always had a love for animals since a very young age. Upon entering high school, she got her first job at a local animal hospital taking care of the boarded pets in the kennels, as well as assisting the doctors and cleaning surgery tools. She also worked with the Oakland SPCA as an Animal Care Associate, where she got to experience the joy of dog and cat adoptions for new owners and their newly adopted pets. She has experience as a receptionist at one of her previous positions at a chiropractic office, where she would greet clients and assist them in making appointments for their future visits. Erika has always taken pride in providing high quality customer service. Now working with Banfield as a Veterinary Assistant, she couldn't be happier in helping assist with quality care for the pets and their owners' on a daily basis and making a difference in animals' lives.
