Erica Oltjenbruns

Erica has been with Banfield since 2009. She started her career as a Client Service Coordinator, where she built relationships with our clients and ensured they had a great experience during their visits. Erica moved to the back as a Veterinary Assistant, then was promoted to Shift Lead. She loved being a team leader and helping her peers reach their full potential. In 2016, Erica was promoted to Practice Manager and has enjoyed being able to coach and mentor her team, so that the pets we see continue to receive the care and compassion that they deserve. When Erica is not working, she is spending time with her two children and her husband. They enjoy spending time fishing and being outdoors.
