Edna Betancourt, DVM

Dr. Edna Betancourt-Ocasio, “Dr. Betancourt,” joined the Banfield - Town East Galloway Animal Clinic family in July 2021. Dr. Betancourt was born and raised in Puerto Rico. She received her BS in Animal Science from the University of Puerto Rico and earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Tuskeegee University in 2012. She is very passionate about our feline friends, especially those that are geriatric. She is currently working on a certification in physical therapy and rehabilitation from the University of Tennessee and is excited to offer this service to our clients.
