Jennifer Morehead, PhD

Dr Morehead is originally from California and graduated from UCLA with a BA in theatre arts. After graduating from Washington State University with a degree in veterinary medicine in 1994, Dr. Morehead went on to get her PhD from Yale University School of Public Health with studies in microbial pathogenesis. She moved to Tucson to escape the cold of Connecticut in 2007. Here she worked at Pima Animal Control for 10 years performing surgeries for the animals in their care. Dr. Morehead has been working for Banfield Pet Hospital for the past several years and really enjoys the dedicated professionals she works with. She especially enjoys the dedication of her clients that care for and love their pets. She has a 10 pound dachshund named "Lady" and a 70 pound Pit Bull named "Mr. Beefy." Lady rules!
