Always being interested in animals, my journey officially began working at a pet store 14 years ago, thus bringing about my interest in the animal field. I transitioned to working for Banfield Pet Hospital as a receptionist 9 years ago, and going to school for the veterinary assistant certificate with Pima Medical Institute. The last 7 years I have been a certified veterinary assistant and have greatly enjoyed all the learning and various experiences that have transpired. My inspirations have always been my two shih tzu's and one bearded dragon that encourage furthering my knowledge for their care everyday.
