Jessica Hess

Graduating from an AVMA accredited college of veterinary technology in Western NY, Jessica has been advancing her career in the field for the past nine years working toward a specialty in emergency medicine and critical care of small mammals. While working toward this difficult specialty, Jessica has found a home at Banfield helping local families with preventive care and improving the general health of our furry family members. She excels in anesthesia care and monitoring and has found a recent love in seeing RVT appointments due to the bonds she’s able to form with pets and their family members. She enjoys seeing young pets grow up and helping adult and geriatric pets have improved quality of lives. The patients aren’t just numbers to her. She takes a personal stake in each of her patients and their family.
