Jeff Ellison

Jeff leads Banfield Pet Hospital’s field and operations teams across our more than 1,000 hospitals and Central Team Support. Having spent more than a decade at Banfield working directly with our veterinary teams, Jeff applies his first-hand knowledge of hospital operations and the profession, drive for results, and passion for developing talent to ensure we continue to provide high-quality care to the growing number of pets across the U.S. He has played an instrumental role in growing our number of hospitals and driving operational improvements and efficiencies across the practice. This includes strengthening Banfield’s field leadership organization overseeing the practice’s nearly 20,000 Associates and rolling out certified veterinary technician appointments. Jeff is also the executive sponsor of Banfield’s POWER diversity resource group.

What is your favorite part about making A Better World for Pets?
To me, it means providing quality care to pets when they need us the most. We’re here to make a better world for pets so pets can make a world for us through all the happiness they give back to their owners and families.
