Hi I'm Jacob. I've been with Banfield since 2017. Starting as a Client Service Coordinator and sparking an interest in veterinary medicine that would lead me to become a Veterinary Assistant and later Practice Manager of the Salem, MA location. It's my goal to become a Certified Veterinary Technician so I can better help all our adorable patients and their families.
