Shift Lead

Joy joined the Banfield team in 2022. She enjoys working for Banfield as a Shift Lead and takes pride in her love of surgery, enjoyment of preventative care, and building an enjoyable work environment. Joy has 15 pets: 1 dog, 4 cats, 4 horses, 2 sheep, 4 goats, and a lot of fish. In her free time, she enjoys riding and showing horses, and reading. Joy passionately believes in Banfield’s mission — creating a better world for pets — by helping educate pet parents on how to better care for their pets.
