Jordan joined the Banfield team in 2021. She enjoys working for Banfield as a Client Service Coordinator and is passionate about customer service, greeting patients with a smile, scheduling appointments, and being a team player. Jordan has one cat and in her free time, she enjoys dancing, spending time with friends and family, and going on walks. Jordan passionately believes in Banfield’s mission — creating a better world for pets — by being their voice and creating a safe, fun place for them.
