As Chief Financial Officer, Ludek ensures Banfield is responsibly supporting our Associates and delivering care while serving our clients with value. Originally from the Czech Republic and formerly at our parent company, Mars Petcare leading finance strategy for the Asia Pacific region in Singapore, Ludek brings a global perspective to Banfield’s financial health, which allows our practice to be here for pets in local communities around the U.S. He also sees our financial responsibility as a platform to do good, advocating for equity, inclusion and diversity in the veterinary industry, and serves as the executive sponsor of Banfield’s Associate-led Unidos Diversity Resource Group.
