Lisa Sotelo, BSAS

Lisa joined Banfield in 2009 all the way from Massachusetts with a bachelor of science degree in animal science from UMass Amherst, with a focus in equine breeding. Starting as a client service coordinator, she then trained as a veterinary assistant primarily in surgery and was promoted to a practice manager at our Gainesville location. After a year in Gainesville, Lisa opened the first stand-alone Banfield in Northern Virginia at our Woodbridge location, where she stayed for 3.5 years. In 2016, Lisa transferred back to Stafford, where she originally joined the Banfield family. When not at work, Lisa's spending quality time with her family, which includes her husband, Frank; two sons, Monroe and Logan; and a rambunctious French bulldog named Ludo. Their favorite pasttime includes anything with music and outdoors.
