Lina Yetishefsky, DVM
Veterinarian
Dr. Lina Yetishefsky graduated with a BA in political science from the University of Connecticut in 1997. From there she moved to New York City. Realizing that a desk job was not for her, she reenrolled at UCONN to start her pre-vet requirements. Because there were no veterinary schools in Connecticut, she moved to sunny SoCal to continue her undergraduate studies. Getting her second bachelor's in biology, she then applied to UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine, from which she graduated in 2009. While in school, she had a human child who is now a 13-year-old boy. Her favorite things to do are spending time with her family, which consists of her husband, her kid, her father, three cats, and a dog. She loves skiing and reading cheesy romance novels. Additionally, she loves traveling for pleasure and work, including being sponsored by Life Animal Rescue to spay over 50 pets in six days in Qatar with her favorite person, Jenny, our office manager.
