Nicole joined the Banfield team in 2024. She enjoys working for Banfield as a Client Service Coordinator and takes pride in greeting and assisting pet owners, handling complaints/concerns and resolving them to maintain client satisfaction and trust, and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. Nicole has 1 dog, and in her free time, she enjoys cooking, working-out, and traveling. Nicole passionately believes in Banfield’s mission — creating a better world for pets — by fostering a society where pets are valued, respected, and treated with compassion.
