Rachel Falk, DVM

Chief of Staff

Dr. Rachel Falk graduated from the University of Minnesota’s College of Veterinary Medicine in May of 2016 and joined the Banfield family shortly after. She’s been working at her current location in Salem, MA since November of 2019 and became the Chief of Staff in 2021. She is passionate about feline and exotic animal medicine with a special interest in both dermatology and surgery. Dr. Falk enjoys spending time with family including her husband, their 2 incredible boys, and their zoo of pets, including the hospital’s mascot, “Falkor.” Her & her husband also enjoy raising chameleons and other reptiles as a hobby in their free time.
