Dr. Kitziger is a Native New Orleanian. She attended Loyola University for three years before being accepted into Louisiana School of Veterinary Medicine. She obtained her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 1990. She has a special interest in internal medicine, ophthalmology, and dermatology. She married her husband, Eric Kitziger DVM, in 1992. Together they have three children: Holly, William, and Emma. She joined Banfield in 2011 at the Metairie location and has stayed at this location for her career.
