In-room appointments
You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time.

Drop-off appointments
If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet.
Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.

Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits
If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.

Tips for making your vet visit as easy as possible

Step #1: Set up easy payment through MyBanfield

If you have a MyBanfield account, you can easily add a card on file for payment — and a faster, simpler checkout experience for any Banfield veterinary visit. Don't have a MyBanfield account? It's quick to set up.

Step #2: Have a drop-off appointment? Here are some specific tips:

Bring your completed forms to your appointment.
Keep your phone handy. We’ll perform any treatment you authorize and let you know when your pet can be picked up.
Sign up for texts and emails at your visit to receive future appointment details and reminders.

Step #3: Does your pet have a comprehensive exam or vaccination scheduled?

Please bring in your pet’s poop, no more than 12 hours old, in a plastic bag. For dogs, all we need is a quarter-sized sample. For cats, grab fresh feces from their litter box. (For health and safety concerns, we recommend wearing gloves and ensuring the bag is sealed tightly to avoid a poo-tastrophe.)
